RBAC Enabling in R12.1.3

Hi,

I am trying to determine if there is an easy way to determine if RBAC is enabled or not within our system,.

I have come across the below 3 profile options : which are set to NO at site level in our system.

•RRS: Role Based Security Enabled

•RRS:Auto Assign Hierarchy Author Role

•RRS:Auto Assign Site Author Role

Does this mean we don't have RBAC enabled in our system and we are probably using a hybrid model of user/security management?

Can anyone throw some light on this?
