Zombie Kernel or Batch Process: MEMORY ALLOCATION FAILURE error

Hello Folks ,

In our 9.1.5.9 system , we got the errors for the call object kernels, created the zombie. Usually if someone terminates the job we get the zombie. but here is due to some other reason , please find the below errors for the 2 kernels we got .

I have attached log files, please analyze this issue and help me out here...

1st case
