WIP Completion of work order via Move transactions API is completing jobs successfully but one of th

Hi All

Work order is moved and completed by WIP Move transactions API with transaction type 2(Move and Complete) succcesfully eventhough the transactions worker errored with one of the components do not have supply subinventory for backflushing and didn't transact any materials in it.  The errors are reported correctly but the WO is completed and SO line status moved to Awaiting shipping. Once the setup is done for component, it transacted all the components.

In forms when moved manually it do not allowed to progress to next step unless the error is sorted.

Please confirm if this is a expected behaviour in API not working as same as forms
