How to use Rate Service DAYDURATION for same day deliveries

Hi,

I need to set up a service time 'calculator' for a logistics network. For each leg of the network (e.g. pickup in area to DC, DC to DC linehaul, and DC to delivery area), a service time in a number of days is defined. This works fine in OTM, except when the leg is picked up and delivered on the same day. For this leg, the Rate Service DAYDURATION is 0 days, and the service calendar has Pickup 8-9AM and Receive 4-5PM. When a shipment is built, the shipment starts Thu 9 AM and ends Fri 4 PM. So the
