what is meaning the counts of "h/w" & "tot" of the output with running cli "iostat -en"?

Hello Exports !

I would like to the counts meaning for individual disk status by "iostat -en" output.

The resilvering was very slow and I checked the iostat via shell.

There were all disks on Disk Shelves (DE2-24C), marked counts on hw & tot column.

This ZFSSA was done takeover/failback before checking.

And ZFSSA was run during 1500 days.

In recent, I did reboot the ZFSSA controller only. Not included in Disk Enclosures. Not Power recycle).

Please refer to the same output.

Q1. Is this hw & tot counts for the root cause to be slow resilvering performance? I did that all IO data service was disconnected since resilvering started.
