Administrator access right needed

Dears,

I doing the upgrade of our E-Business suite R12.1.3 to R12.2.8 and during almost steps it require administrator access right to run scripts and install windows tools

during the first attempt i faced many issue regarding access right

please advice if i should log as Administrator to have all access right?

Please Note:

OS: windows server 2008/R2

E-Business suite: R12.1.3

BD:12.1

Upgrade from R12.1.3 to R12.2.8
