We cannot create a new layout after applying patch 27052221 :

Desktop Integration > Define Layout >

Integrator Name = "General Ledger - Journal"

Layout Name = "TEST"

click in [Add optional fields]

Search By ""

click in [Go] Give this error :

Exception Details. 

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException...
