BI Publisher: chart not appearing in output when run from EBS concurrent R12

Hi,

I developed a BI publisher report using RTF Template, default output set to Excel. When I preview in local system, it is working fine.

When I register and run from the EBS (R12) Concurrent, BI publisher report is not showing chart/graph,it gets completed but the chart image space is left blank. and just shows XML data.

Can someone please help
