Work Request AME

We are currently in the process of testing/evaluation 12.2.9.

According to the release notes, Oracle has introduced Work Request AME in this version.

I cannot find any documentation regarding this other than in the release notes. Are there any other documents out there on it that talk about what fields can be used to key approvals off of etc. I look through the latest Workflow documents already and there is no reference to Work Requests.
