How to remove Items from Benefit Enrollment Preview that our company does not use?

We have items show up on the Online Benefits Preview and the Enrollment Preview statement that our business does not use. We do not have tiles for it on the Enrollment screen; the user can make no selections.

It is confusing for them to appear on the statement.

We would like to remove Section 457, Family and Medical Leave Act, and Compensatory.  We dont want to remove the benefit from our system - we just don't want them to display on the Enrollment preview or the Printed statement.

How do I remove those?
