Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We have a requirement to create an open credit memo and apply it to multiple invoices.

Is there an API to

- Create open Credit Memo (CM)

- Apply open credit memo to multiple invoices
