configure R12.1.3 after changing NFS Appl top to a different storage type

Hello

We are running a 4 node application tier ( R12.1.3 on RHEL 5.8) , our APPL_TOP is shared on a NFS mount

we switched to a different storage ( mount name remains same)  , but now application will not start

sh adstrtal.sh apps/********

 

You are running adstrtal.sh version 120.15.12010000.3

 

Error: missing `server' JVM at `/oracle/product/apps/tech_st/10.1.3/appsutil/jdk/jre/lib/i386/server/libjvm.so'.

Please install or use the JRE or JDK that contains these missing components.

 

adstrtal.sh: Exiting with status 4

Java - version also returns same error

Do i need to run adconfig.pl  on all nodes?

Can anyone share any documentation in this regard , it will be helpful
