Is there a seeded report that will show all pay changes that occurred since the last payroll run?

We are on version 12.1.3 for our Oracle Payroll and need to be able to capture all pay changes that occur from one payroll to the next.  This will help us discover any errors before we complete the payroll.  Is there a seeded report that handles this?
