Tuning a SQL in Active Dataguard standby database

I want to tune a SQL in the Standby database in Oracle Active Dataguard Environment. I tried the SQL Tuning Advisor in OEM 12c by creatin a tuning set but it did not work. I get the following error:

SQL Error

ORA-03179: NOCACHE or ORDER sequences cannot be accessed from Active Data Guard standby

Database: Oracle 12c release 12.1.0.2

Server: RedHat 7.1
