Issue with the PCBU Lookup on the Budget Attribute page in KK

Is anyone having an issue with looking up the PCBU under the Budget ChartFields on the Budget Attribute page under in KK.  It seems the PCBU is tied to the integration templates, however we are seeing a PCBU for every integration template that is created.  Since we have two integration templates created under one PCBU we see the PCBU two times.

Navigation:  Commitment Control > Define Control Budgets > Budget Attributes
