Financial Statement Generators - Scheduling / Publishing

Good Evening,

My users submit a high quantity of "Multiple Report Sets" which they then Publish as FSGs. I have a few questions

1. Is it possible to schedule the multi report set job to run once for the required period?

2. Is it possible to set this up on a recurring schedule where the period would increase by 1 each month?

3. Is it possible for a user, other than the user who ran the job, to publish the output of another user's complete concurrent request / FSG?
