Setting up a user for access to the RPAS Fusion Client via URL

Hello,

I have built out a complete WebLogic environment and successfully installed RPAS Fusion Client, and as the admin I am able to access the Weblogic Admin console of course, as well as access RPAS Fusion Client via the URL address and build workbooks etc.  However, I set up a new user and group, added that user to that group but can't access RPAS Fusion Client URL as that user.  What other configurations steps within the Admin console do I need to do such as role, policies,etc in order for that user to have access to the RPAS Fusion Client url
