Invitation to self-identify disability post-offer?

What functionality does PeopleSoft provide to meet the § 60-741.42(b) requirements for inviting self-identification of disability post-offer, but pre-employment?  The application process covers the pre-offer(a) requirement, and ESS covers the employee(c) requirement - looking specifically for the post-offer (b) requirement?
