HFM Top node member with #Root as parent giving error above ECT - ERROR

Hi All,

Anytime we attempt to refresh any Smart View grid for a value dimension member above ECT for our Top Level Entity hierarchy member (its parent is #Root) we are experiencing the following error.

      "EPMHFM-7290: An unexpected error occurred in the data grid object"

Has anyone come across this error before?

We can confirm it was refreshing last month for the same members. It is affect ALL users. The only change recently was a DB SQL upgrade and moving to Smart View version 810.

We have confirmed at other clients it is possible to refresh on 810 for the Top Member in the entity hierarchy. Obviously it only brings back Invalid data, but as a process we have hundreds on files that use this in a Macro to then drill down.
