Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

Is there any documents which gives clear information on Oracle License with respect to Active/Passive os cluster and DR.

I want to know the below information:

1. In Active/Passive OS cluster, whether Passive(standby) node is taken into consideration for Licensing.

2. W.r.t. DR node, whether DR node is taken into consideration for Licensing.
