Inventory Issue (pointing 4122 & 4124) to same account

Dear All,

Some of the items are received through regular PO Process, such that 4310 and 4320 will be impacted.

Are we allowed to inventory issue the above items (by setting both 4122 & 4124 to same accounts).

If we do inventory issues, what will be the financial impact.

please advise.
