Task Status and Transition Setup is not Working After 11i to R12 upgrade

Hello All, I am new to Field Service world,

we have upgraded from 11i to R12,

but Task Status and Task Status Transition setup has not carry forward into R12 after upgrade

, so i have manually setup Task Status Type and Task Transition , now newly added Values i can see in Task Status Drop down but when i Am changing value from "Open" to "Send To vendor" then status is not getting Saved nor getting any error message, So can any one tell if i needs to run any program to get newly added value effective
