Close a Period in FPMEE so the user cant edit it anymore

Helo, i have a question.

How can I make a Period (january-19 for example) to be "closed" automatically so the user can't edit it anymore, neither upload, download, edit data or anything?

I tried by just making the dimensions being able from "X" month to "Y" month but that isnt the solution i need.
