ASM Diskgroups are not mounting after OS patching and reboot.

Hi Team

ASM Diskgroups are not mounting after OS reboot for patching. Its a oracle restart standalone configuration. The ASM instances doesn't return any rows on query.

No diskgroup information were found at the instance level. Please find below errors from the ASM instances.

alicjc:+ASM:oraasm:/asm01/app/oracle/diag/asm/+asm/+ASM/trace>crsctl start resource -all

CRS-5702: Resource 'ora.LISTENER_ASM.lsnr' is already running on 'alicjc'

CRS-5702: Resource 'ora.asm' is already running on 'alicjc'

CRS-5702: Resource 'ora.cssd' is already running on 'alicjc'

CRS-5702: Resource 'ora.evmd' is already running on 'alicjc'

CRS-2501: Resource 'ora.ons' is disabled
