Org Chart Error

We have termed employees showing up in the Company Directory.  When you click on the org chart icon an error is shown.  First, is says 'CHART' and when you click OK...it then shows "Requested Employee is not in the Company Directory.  The requested employee is not in the Company Directory.  See your administrator for additional information'.

I've rebuilt the Direct Rpts process and the Job Tree process.  Any other ideas?
