Next Count Date not updating in the F41021 for PO Receipts

Received material utilizing: Enter Receipt by PO (P4312) and item has a value in the Cycle Count Cat Code (41|8).  Accessed item/lot in the Item Availability application (P41202|ENT001) and accessed form Item Availability-Location Revisions (W41024A) and Next Count Date was not populated.  I know that based on processing option in the Cycle Count Update program, the Next Count Date will be populated by the values in ABC or the Cycle Count Cat Code (41|8).  Can not the Next Count date be updated thru the receiving process for new lots created?
