Transaction cancelled error during receipt P4312

Hi,

I am trying to receive an item in P4312 but it continues processing and give transaction cannot committed and Trasaction cancelled error. Once I click on ok buttton it gives Web exception error.

We took logs. It says unable to update F43090. But when we checked there is already item supplier record available in this table. Also, Supplier analysis is turned on in P4312 processing option.

Can you please help me to know what could be the possible reason behind this error.
