Tax Rate Area from Sold TO

Normally in JDE the tax rate is defaulted from the Ship To address number.

It can be taken from the Deliver To address also if customer line of business is activated and set up done in P42430.

How can we achieve to have the tax rate defaulted from the Sold To?
