Oracle RAC 12.2 Extended Cluster

Hello folks.

I would like to receive more details about Oracle RAC 12.2 Extended Cluster:

1) Where I can find a tutorial on installation/configuration?

2) If we have 4 nodes on 2 sites, is it possible to have only quorum disk on 3rd site (without nodes installed there)?

3) What about DG separation and quorum disk? Eg: CRS (ocr+voting), DATA, FRA and RECO. Do we need to configure 1 quorum disk for DG or just one for CRS?

4) Do we need an additional licence for extended cluster or is it included in RAC license?

5) About the DATA, RECO and FRA DG, can we use external redundancy because LUN are on Hitachi Global Active Device (stretched cluster)?
