rpas.ear "File too large" error trying to re-install RPAS Fusion

Hello

I deleted the rpas fusion install directory, and deleted the deployment via the Admin Console.  Now i'm trying to reinstall the Fusion Client and I'm getting a "file too large" error when the install attempts to copy the rpas.ear file from the Fusion Client software directory to the new installation directory I created.  The error is stating that it's too large to copy over the NIO channels.  I did many Fusion installations prior to this and never got this error and the rpas.ear file is only 23 MB in size.
