text notes retrieval from media objects

Hi,

I can retrieve pdf, word, msg and other files from media objects but don't have the files containing the user notes as text in the media object folder. I tried to query the image field and text is not stored there as well. I am looking to query the text/notes directly entered by the JDE users in the media objects. Any way to query using sql, please advise.
