E1CloudConsole not starting

Hi, I'm deploying a new install using JD Edwards One-Click Provisioning 3.3 for Apps 9.2 Tools 9.2.3.3 on windows server 2016 and am having difficulties starting C:\JDE\bin\E1CloudConsoleWin.ps1

The server starts up, i can see the Node.js start up in the task manager, but then it disappears moment after.

From the logs I get these messages:

E1ProvisionConsole.err

Warning: connect.session() MemoryStore is not

designed for a production environment, as it will leak

memory, and will not scale past a single process.

E1ProvisionConsole.out

PP platform:win32 Cannot run this tool with expired certificates.
