PO Workflow Notifications 12.1.3 to 12.2.8

Hi,

We Migrated the ebs instance from 12.1.3 to 12.2.8 ,When we make PO, PO requisitions workflow notification not forward to next level but Po status changed to in process.Notification action history not generated and notification also not received to next level .What we need to check?

If any changes from functional side or technical side please let me know.

If we want to do changes in custom workflow?If yes ,please share the Doc:Id.
