How to convert a Purchase Requisition into a Planned Purchase Order Release ?

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

Greetings,

          How to convert a Purchase Requisition into a Planned Purchase Order Release for an item included in both ? let's suppose the Planned purchase order is made for item X , then after that a Purchase Requisition is also created against item X, how to convert that Purchase Requisition into a planned purchase order release ?
