Prevent Inventory Transfer between BP (P4113)

Hi All

We have a principal structure in our E1 set up where the basic rules are that sale goes from MFG => Principal => Subsidiary

Principal exist in different Countries within same E1 company number.

Usually rule is that Item transfer is allowed within same E1 Company and with in same country (IT across borders should not be allowed)

Is there any way to restrict Item Transfer within same company but where the two BP is located in different countries (Same cost in both countries - standard cost)
