Can replenishment be done from putaway to picking location?

Hi,

Can any one one suggest in JDE E1 9.2, if Replenishment can be done from Putaway location to Picking location without a Replenishment Location/Zone. If yes, what is the ideal way of doing this and can we use Random Rule/Method in this process?

Any inputs or suggestions is highly appreicated
