Transportation - Getting errors in Sales Order Entry

We have been running Transportation for a while, writing records to the F49211.  Transportation was inadvertently de-activated for a few weeks.  When it was turned back on, we started getting errors on order processed during that time frame.

"Record Invalid"

I am being told the F49211 is updated by the vanilla P42101 / P4210.  Can anyone tell me if this is correct?  Any thoughts on where the problem might be?  I know this isn't much to go on, but it's all I have.
