Predefined UDO Roles: where to find them?

I'm interested in looking into some of the predefined roles / content for the UXOne roles.

Where do I begin? I've tried searching in the Knowledge Base but I must be searching on the wrong terms.

For example, I think there are some predefined Cafe One pages for the finance area. What role would that be and how do I download the content to review?
