Seeded Process "Close EAM WorkOrders" closing work orders with open Purchase Orders

Hi All,

Kindly help me on this issue.

we ran a test of the seeded program:  "Close EAM WorkOrders" for one of the org, the Parameter "Exclude Jobs with Pending Trans:  "Yes".

The Output from "Close Discrete Jobs" shows 2 work orders where there is an open Requisition or Purchase Order. 

We expect these 2 work orders will not be Closed.But the process "Closed" the 2 listed work orders, Why were these 2 work orders "Closed" when we had the Parameter "Exclude Jobs with Pending Trans:  set to "Yes"?
