Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Manufacturing Lead Time Calculation.

Hi,

We are not able to calculate Lead time % for one of the routing.

We checked below Points but still not able to calculate.

Assembly Item should Make Item
Primary routing only consider Lead Time % (Not Alternative Routing)
Also tried with all the resources with Schedule option – Yes ( In Production for some of the resources are with schedule option – NO)
All Resources are Active

We tried from both the way --- 1. Run the Request (Calculate Manufacturing Lead Times GUI) 2. From Tools Menu.

Every time request ended with error message - APP-BOM-20597: Lead time calculation for 18008213-003 failed

Please provide your thoughts.
