Can "No Coverage" be added on Benefit statement for benefits not selected?

The Benefit Preview Statement will indicate "NO COVERAGE" for selective benefits depending on the person and whether or not they have EVER had that coverage in the past? How to indicate NO COVERAGE when a benefit is either not selected or it is waived?
