BI Publisher attachment printing

Hello,

We have requirement where one sales order could have multiple attachments - for internal communications, external communications etc

What is best and less invasive way to achieve this.

1. Have multiple attachments named as - External , Internal and modify each UBE to pick up one to print

2. Use just one attachment with ## Internal##  and ## External## and use BI publisher to show text accordingly ( Print invoice will show ##External## ; Pick slip will show ## Internal)

Can we achieve option 2 using BI publisher ( we are using 9.2)
