Load rule would not initiate: Error: an unexpected error occurred while executing data rule. Please check log file for more detail

All the process logs are in running state though

In the backend tables there are entries in the AIF_PROCESSES tables but no entries in the AIF_PROCESS_DETAILS.

able to connect to ODI

Checked the ERPIntegrator.log files and no errors or warnings.

Restarted the application and all the services and the problem persists.

Oracledi logs had this message:
