My OCOM version 4.0.0.3.0 is stopping searching for calls after three days.
My OCOM version 4.0.0.3.0 is stopping searching for calls after three days. So when I use "User Tracking" and search for a call and press "entire history" instead of going back weeks, it only goes back 3 days. I have retention set for 90 days. It is a VM instance with 8 CPUs, 24 GB memory and 80 GB storage.
