Hi, We are on Peoplesoft 9.1/9.2 - eProcurement

Our business is setting up new items as services and setting the default price as $1. These items are tied to Procurement Contracts.

When the requisition is created, the business flags the item line as "amount only" and changes the price to whatever they determine the service cost to be. It will obviously not be $1 and will change.

The problem occurs when they source the Req to PO we always get this error: Calculated PO Price is greater that the requested price plus the percentage of unit price tolerance.

Is there a recommended approach to this problem? A better way to handle service items?
