Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Chrome and Firefox - opening Excel

Hi

we are going to start using chrome as a browser for JD Edwards ,9.2

I understand that excel does not work well with chrome, I get the following error when I try to open a grid export of data,

is there a fix for this? or is CSV the preferred solution.

please share your thoughts thank you

this is Apps 9.2 tools 9.2.2.4 on windows 10
