How can run two rule groups in parallel

Hi All,

When I try to run a rule group using mace, I got an error stating that we cannot run non-HBI Measure in Global Domain.
Then I segregated the non-HBI measure and HBI Measures and placed them in different rule groups.

Now the issue is how can I run both the rule groups in parallel, one(HBI Rules) in the master domain and another(non-HBI Rules) in Local Domain.

Is there any alternative approach?
