Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Status pending on EM Console Service

I have Cloud Control 13.3.

I'm getting the following error:

EM Service: EM Console Service: Status Pending Since 06-Sep-2019 18:42:00

All other work fine.

I tried restarting everything but it did not fix it. Can someone help me trace the error?
