Can Orchestrator be used to load a bank statement csv file from a network folder into E1?

We're on 9.2 moving to Tools 9.2.3.4 in November.  We'd like to start doing automatic bank reconciliations.  The bank is sending us the bank statement file and it's saved in a network folder.  I don't know how to get the bank statement into E1, and I'm wondering if this can be done using an orchestration.
