IP17: Gateway - Security Profile extraction failed

in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We have installed IP17 (Update 19.9) and trying setup Security profile /Gateway via SMC.

Configuration is failing with following errors.

Scenario:

We are using an SQL server DB (let's say SiebelDB). The same Database was used as back-end for sandbox wherein we have successfully deployed the application and did some of our fixes.

We are now moving into DEV environment and where we installed IP19.9 and configuring the security profile via SMC. Both DEV and Sandbox are pointing same database. Does this has anything to do with security profile configuration issue we are facing? Is the profile stored in DB as well? Or  just the properties files in the AI/SES. Any clues?
